Bel-Air Senior Living Apartments are individual, private, independent living apartments located in a separate building that conjoins the rehab and nursing home. All utilities are included with the monthly rent even basic cable TV and internet service; all but a landline phone. Apartments have a secured & separate front entrance with intercom that is provided to each apartment. Unit 24 is on the second floor but there is an elevator to make access easy. The building has a four season porch for reading a book, watching television or a family visit. A laundry room (coin op) is on the premises for convenience and tenants can even opt to use the rehab facility's dining hall. There is a gazebo on the grounds with plenty of areas and space to walk and socialize. Limited extra storage for the tenant is also provided onsite. Nestled near the Uncanoonuc Mountains gives this facility a unique, serene and quiet setting. A rental application and tenant screening is required. **These apartments are not ASSISTED living but true independent, 55+ senior apartments and are separate from the nursing home facility**
